Affiliate Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Welcome to the KMANICHE Affiliate Program. This policy explains the rules, commissions, bonuses, and responsibilities that apply to every approved KMANICHE affiliate.

By joining or participating in the program, you agree to follow this policy.

1. Eligibility

To participate, affiliates must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate registration and payment information
Maintain an active social media account or other approved promotional platform
Follow all applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising requirements
Receive approval from KMANICHE before promoting the affiliate offer

KMANICHE may accept or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Complimentary Product

Approved affiliates may receive one complimentary KMANICHE product to try and feature in their content.

The complimentary product:

Has no cash value
May not be exchanged for money
May not be resold without written permission
Is provided so the affiliate can create honest, experience-based content

Receiving a free product does not require the affiliate to publish a positive review. All opinions and reviews must be truthful.

3. Affiliate Links and Promotional Codes

Each affiliate may receive a unique affiliate link, promotional code, or both.

Affiliates must use their assigned link or code so sales can be tracked correctly. KMANICHE is not responsible for sales that cannot be tracked because the customer failed to use the correct link or code, cookies were disabled, or another affiliate received the final valid referral credit.

Affiliate links and promotional codes may not be transferred, altered, or shared with another affiliate.

4. Commission

Affiliates earn $10 for every confirmed sale attributed to their approved affiliate link or promotional code.

A confirmed sale is an order that:

Has been successfully paid
Has not been canceled
Has not been refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back
Is not fraudulent or self-referred
Has completed KMANICHE’s 30-day validation period

Commission is calculated on the completed order, excluding taxes, shipping fees, refunds, discounts, and canceled items.

5. Performance Bonuses

Affiliates may earn the following total amounts during an applicable bonus period:

25 confirmed sales: $250 commission plus a $100 bonus, $350 total
50 confirmed sales: $500 commission plus a $250 bonus, $750 total
100 confirmed sales: $1,000 commission plus a $600 bonus, $1,600 total

These amounts represent total earnings at each milestone and are not added together.

For example, when an affiliate moves from 25 to 50 confirmed sales, their total earnings for those 50 sales become $750. If the affiliate already received $350, the remaining amount due is $400.

Only the highest completed milestone applies during the bonus period. KMANICHE will announce the applicable bonus period through the affiliate dashboard, email, or campaign invitation.

Returned, refunded, fraudulent, canceled, disputed, or self-referred orders do not count toward bonuses.

6. Payments

Eligible commissions and bonuses will be paid within 30 days after the end of the applicable validation period.

Affiliates must provide accurate payment and tax information. Payment may be delayed if information is incomplete, incorrect, or under review.

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their earnings. KMANICHE may request required tax documentation before releasing payment.

7. Required Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with KMANICHE whenever they promote a KMANICHE product.

The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand. It should appear near the recommendation, affiliate link, or promotional code.

Acceptable examples include:

“Paid partnership with KMANICHE”
“I received this product for free from KMANICHE.”
“I earn a commission when you purchase through my link.”
“KMANICHE Affiliate”
“#ad” or “#KMANICHEPartner”

For videos, the disclosure should appear visibly on screen and be stated verbally when the promotion is both visual and spoken.

The disclosure may not be hidden at the bottom of a long caption, behind a “more” button, or among unrelated hashtags.

8. Honest Content and Product Claims

Affiliates must provide honest opinions and describe only their actual experience with the product.

Affiliates may not:

Guarantee hair growth or specific results
Claim that KMANICHE treats, prevents, or cures a medical condition
Use false before-and-after photos
Edit photos or videos in a misleading way
Claim results they did not personally experience
Use fake reviews, fake customers, or fake testimonials
Make claims that KMANICHE has not approved or cannot support
Say that every customer will receive the same results

Approved descriptions may include softer-feeling hair, healthier-looking shine, improved manageability, support for dry-feeling strands, and use as part of a consistent scalp and hair-care routine.

Individual results may vary.

9. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates may not:

Purchase through their own link to earn commission
Place orders using false identities or payment information
Encourage customers to make purchases they plan to cancel or return
Send spam emails, messages, or comments
Make misleading statements about discounts, scarcity, or product availability
Bid on KMANICHE trademarks in paid search without written approval
Create social media accounts, websites, or domain names that impersonate KMANICHE
Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, unlawful, or harmful to the KMANICHE brand
Offer unauthorized discounts, refunds, giveaways, or cash incentives
Use bots, fake traffic, cookie stuffing, or other deceptive tracking methods

10. Brand Materials

KMANICHE grants approved affiliates a limited, nonexclusive, revocable permission to use approved logos, product images, links, and promotional materials solely for participating in the program.

Affiliates may not modify the KMANICHE logo, packaging, product label, or marketing materials in a misleading manner.

All KMANICHE names, trademarks, images, and materials remain the property of KMANICHE.

11. Content Permission

The affiliate continues to own their original content.

By tagging KMANICHE or submitting content directly to KMANICHE, the affiliate gives KMANICHE permission to repost the content on KMANICHE-owned social media pages, emails, and website, with creator credit when reasonably possible.

Paid advertising, extensive editing, or use outside KMANICHE-owned channels requires separate written permission unless already covered by another agreement.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks

If a referred order is returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back, the related commission and sale credit will be removed.

If payment has already been issued, KMANICHE may deduct the amount from future affiliate earnings.

KMANICHE’s customer return and refund policy remains separate from this affiliate policy.

13. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of KMANICHE.

Affiliates may not enter contracts, make promises, accept obligations, or speak on behalf of KMANICHE without written authorization.

Participation does not guarantee a specific number of sales, commissions, bonuses, or future partnerships.

14. Monitoring and Compliance

KMANICHE may review affiliate content, traffic, referrals, and sales to verify compliance.

Affiliates must correct or remove noncompliant content when requested. Failure to make the required correction may result in suspended payments or removal from the program.

15. Suspension or Termination

KMANICHE may suspend or terminate an affiliate for:

Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
False or misleading advertising
Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship
Violation of this policy
Violation of applicable laws or platform rules
Conduct that may harm customers or the KMANICHE brand

Valid commissions earned before termination may be paid after verification. Commissions connected to fraud, policy violations, refunds, or prohibited activities will be canceled.

Affiliates may leave the program at any time by contacting KMANICHE.

16. Program Changes

KMANICHE may update commission rates, bonuses, eligibility rules, or other program terms.

Material changes will be communicated through email, the affiliate dashboard, or the KMANICHE website. Continued participation after an update means the affiliate accepts the revised policy.
