$500 BOOST Credit Giveaway — Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the $500 BOOST Credit Giveaway (the “Promotion”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Kmaniche Store LLC (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor and contact

The Sponsor is Kmaniche Store LLC, operator of Kmaniche Store and kmaniche.store. Questions about the Promotion or these Official Rules may be sent to oilkmaniche@gmail.com. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, Apple, or any other platform through which it may be advertised.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia and legal residents of Canada excluding Quebec who, at the time of entry, have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, together with members of their immediate families and persons living in the same households, are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the spouse of each, regardless of where they reside. The Sponsor may require proof of identity, residence, and age before confirming eligibility.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion begins July 27, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and closes December 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

4. How to enter with a purchase

During the Promotion Period, an eligible person who completes a valid purchase through kmaniche.store using an email address that can be used to identify the entrant will receive one entry, subject to the entry limit below. The purchase must not be cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid when eligibility is reviewed. The amount spent, bundle selected, number of products purchased, or number of separate transactions will not improve the entrant’s odds and will not create additional entries.

5. How to enter without a purchase

To enter without making a purchase, visit the free-entry page during the Promotion Period and submit the completed form with the entrant’s full name, valid email address, country, and state or province. The entrant must confirm eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules. A valid no-purchase entry receives the same single entry and has the same chance of winning as a valid purchase entry. Internet access may be required, but no payment to the Sponsor is required.

6. Entry limit and duplicate entries

Limit one entry per eligible person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. A person who enters through a purchase and also submits the no-purchase form will still receive only one entry. Multiple names, email addresses, identities, accounts, devices, shipping addresses, or other methods may not be used to circumvent the limit. The Sponsor may consolidate or remove duplicate entries using the information reasonably available to it. If a dispute arises regarding identity, the Sponsor may treat the authorized account holder of the submitted email address as the entrant, subject to proof of eligibility.

7. Entry requirements

Entries must be complete, accurate, submitted by the entrant, and received through an authorized entry method. Automated entries, scripts, bots, macros, bulk submissions, entry exchanges, fabricated identities, or entries submitted by commercial promotion services are prohibited. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, late, deceptive, or inconsistent with these Official Rules may be disqualified. Proof that a form was sent or an order was initiated does not by itself prove receipt of a valid entry.

8. Prize

One potential winner will receive one digital Kmaniche Shopify gift card with a value of $500 USD, redeemable only through Kmaniche Store, subject to the terms presented with the gift card. The approximate retail value of the prize is $500 USD. No cash alternative is offered, except where required by law. The prize may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or substituted by the winner. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

9. Gift-card conditions

The gift card may be used toward eligible Kmaniche merchandise available when redeemed. Product availability, shipping destinations, taxes, duties, delivery fees, and other checkout conditions may apply. Any order amount exceeding the available gift-card balance is the winner’s responsibility. Any unused balance remains subject to the gift-card terms and applicable law. The gift card is not a bank account, credit card, or cash deposit and may not be redeemed for cash except where applicable law requires otherwise. Loss, theft, unauthorized use, or disclosure of the gift-card code after delivery to the verified winner is the winner’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

10. Winner selection and odds

After the Promotion Period, the Sponsor or its designated administrator will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. The drawing is expected to occur within fifteen business days after the Promotion Period ends. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Every valid entry has equal weight in the drawing, regardless of whether it was associated with a purchase or submitted through the free-entry method.

11. Winner notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the selected entry. The potential winner must respond within five business days of the notification or within another reasonable period stated in the notice. The Sponsor is not responsible for a notification that is filtered as spam, blocked, misdirected, undeliverable, or not reviewed by the entrant. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, declines the prize, fails to provide requested verification, or is found ineligible, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries.

12. Canadian skill-testing requirement

Before being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email, telephone, video call, or another reasonable method selected by the Sponsor. Failure to answer correctly within the permitted time will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

13. Verification and prize acceptance

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, residence, age, and control of the email address associated with the entry. The potential winner may also be required to sign and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, or other documents reasonably needed to administer and fulfill the Promotion. The potential winner is not the official winner until the Sponsor confirms eligibility and compliance in writing.

14. Taxes and expenses

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, income, sales, use, or other taxes associated with accepting or using the prize, together with expenses not expressly included in the prize description. The Sponsor may issue tax reporting documents or withhold amounts where required by law. Entrants should seek independent tax advice concerning their individual circumstances.

15. Privacy and use of information

Information collected for the Promotion will be used to administer entries, prevent duplication and fraud, contact the potential winner, verify eligibility, award the prize, satisfy legal requirements, and maintain appropriate Promotion records. Entry into the Promotion does not by itself constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing emails. If an entrant separately subscribes to marketing, that subscription will be governed by the consent provided and the Sponsor’s privacy practices. Information may be shared with service providers involved in hosting, communications, fraud prevention, legal compliance, winner verification, or prize delivery, subject to appropriate obligations.

16. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to identify the winner by first name, last initial, city, state or province, and country in a winner announcement without additional compensation. Any broader use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, statements, photograph, or biographical information will be subject to applicable law and any additional consent that may be required.

17. Entrant conduct

The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, interferes with the Promotion, submits false information, violates these Official Rules, acts in an abusive or threatening manner, undermines the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or obtains entries through fraud or deception. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate civil or criminal law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the extent permitted by law.

18. Technical and communications issues

To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries or communications; unavailable networks, websites, forms, servers, or email systems; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human, technical, typographical, printing, transmission, processing, or programming errors; or damage to equipment arising from participation. If an entry form reports success but no usable submission is received, the Sponsor may request reasonable evidence and will make a good-faith determination based on available records.

19. Modification, suspension, or cancellation

If fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, natural disaster, epidemic, government action, legal restriction, platform failure, or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or lawful administration of the Promotion, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion to the extent permitted by law. Any such action will not be used merely because sales or participation are lower than expected. If the Promotion is terminated after valid entries have been received, the Sponsor will endeavor, where lawful and reasonably possible, to award the prize through a random drawing from eligible entries received before the effective termination.

20. No guarantee of results or endorsement

Winning depends solely on the random drawing and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements. The Promotion does not alter the terms applicable to purchased products, create a guarantee of cosmetic or hair-related results, or imply endorsement by Shopify or any advertising platform. Product claims, guarantees, returns, and customer-service matters remain governed by the store policies applicable to the relevant purchase.

21. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, agents, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims arising directly out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss, or redemption of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited or limited by law. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under consumer-protection legislation.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Sponsor is established, without depriving an entrant of mandatory consumer protections applicable in the entrant’s place of residence. Any dispute must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative proceeding to the extent such a limitation is lawful. Before commencing a formal claim, the entrant and Sponsor should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice sent to oilkmaniche@gmail.com. Canadian entrants retain any mandatory rights available under applicable Canadian federal and provincial law.

23. Severability and interpretation

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Headings are for convenience only. Words in the singular include the plural where context requires. If advertising copy conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control, subject to applicable law.

24. Records and winner information

The Sponsor may retain Promotion records for a reasonable period to document entries, deduplication, drawing procedures, winner verification, prize delivery, disputes, and legal compliance. After the winner is confirmed and the prize is delivered, a winner announcement may be made available upon request, subject to privacy and legal limitations. Requests may be sent to oilkmaniche@gmail.com with “$500 BOOST Credit Giveaway Winner” in the subject line.
